  • Regulation of Digital Healthcare – The Opportunities and Challenges for Healthcare Providers and Innovators.

CLICK HERE to attend the event in London - 9 July

A year after the publication of the CQC’s review of the state of care in independent online primary health services, our next Forum will explore the increasing availability of digital health solutions and their interaction with the models of regulation. Innovation is a key enabler to allow improvements in the provision of care, and our session will explore the balance between innovation and regulation in this fast developing area. Topics for discussion will include:

    • How can CQC promote innovation in the use of digital technology by healthcare providers?

    • How does CQC regulate healthcare delivered via digital channels?

    • Navigating regulatory issues in product development

Featuring guest speakers Alex Gilbert of Medopad, Dr Asma Khalil the inventor of HaMpton, and Tim Atkins, Head of Strategy at CQC who will be discussing CQC’s approach to digital healthcare.

The Forum is intended to be an interactive session and an opportunity and safe space to exchange views, identify and explore key issues and share knowledge.

  • Please be aware that places for the digital health forum are limited. Our clients get priority over non clients but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place. Where we are heavily oversubscribed we will limit places to one or two people per organisation in which case you may be asked to liaise with your team. Should we have to do any of the above we will be in touch with you at least 2 weeks before the event date.
