  • Our Healthcare Estates Breakfast Briefings are back, but now in Webinar format and so available to Healthcare Estates and Facilities professionals across the country.

    Our first session was held on Wednesday 15 July and focussed on The Impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic on the Healthcare Estate.

    This webinar, which was chaired by Bevan Brittan property Partner and healthcare estates specialist James Atkins, featured Emma Bolton (Area Director, Community Ventures) and Louise English (Capital Planning and Property Manager, North Tees and Hartlepool Solutions) presenting their recent paper on the “Pandemic Impact on Healthcare Buildings”, examining how the COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally altered the healthcare sector estate, changing the way buildings are utilised and necessitating a change in approach. 

    We were also be joined by one of our specialist health and safety lawyers, Claire Leonard, who examined the legal implications of returning to provision of a wider range of clinical services from healthcare estate and ensuring that your organisation remains compliant with the relevant legislation.
