• I am a property lawyer, specialising in residential property. I advise clients on the acquisitions and sale of freehold and leasehold property across the UK.

My clients include local authorities, housing associations as well as private individuals.

I have a particular interest in the development of policy and law in relation to residential property transactions. Previously, I have been involved in providing practical advice to individuals and bodies through articles and other media content. My focus is on making such information simple to understand and accessible.

I have previously acted for companies and a range of individuals including First Time Buyers and Trustees, enabling them to proceed as diligently as possible, whilst meeting their individual needs.

I am recognised for providing straight forward yet professional advice and for driving transactions forward, always in the aim of making sure that the needs and best interests of my clients are met at all times.

I have been involved in a number of projects to inspire young people from all backgrounds to enter the Legal Profession, such as by working with Primary Schools and the national Debating Matters Competition for Sixth Form Students, where I am a Judge.
