I am a property development legal specialist with experience in both the residential and commercial sectors, landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and occupiers), and property finance work. I have advised banks and investors on a range of secured lending transactions and in particular, the refinance of large commercial property portfolios. I have also worked for housing associations for over 25 years, mainly in relation to site acquisition and disposals.
My work also involves acting for independent healthcare organisations advising clinics, private ambulance organisations and companies who are selling services to the NHS.
For 15 years, I was a member of the Board of Headrow Housing (now part of the Your Housing Group).

- Acting for Hornbeam Park Developments Limited on the acquisition and letting to Marks and Spencer of what was the largest Simply Food store in Britain.
- Advised on the acquisition and development of a £6.3 million extra care facility in North Leeds
