• I am an information law specialist with expertise in advising clients on data protection and cybersecurity related issues.  My practice includes advising on data protection legislation, such as the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulation.

I have experience advising clients on GDPR compliance programmes, such as conducting data protection compliance audits, drafting internal data protection documents and policies, and providing internal training to staff.  In addition, I advise clients on compliance with e-Privacy rules, such as around the use of cookies and direct marketing activities.  My work also covers advising clients on data breaches, reporting to supervisory authorities, as well as responding to regulatory investigations into compliance with data protection law, such as e-marketing activities, data breach incidents and compliance with data subject rights requests.

I have experience advising clients in a range of sectors, but I have a particular focus on the life sciences and technology sectors.  I have a keen interest in the interplay between technology and health care (i.e. digital health).
