I am a property lawyer advising clients on a wide range of property-related projects encompassing residential, commercial and mixed use regeneration and development. I also have experience in waste and health sectors, including PFI and PPP projects. My work includes the acquisition and disposal of land for residential and commercial development, regeneration of brownfield city centre sites and the greenfield development of urban expansion areas. I advise on joint venture transactions or consortium arrangements, advising on bespoke delivery options, site assembly, and both development and investment documentation. Increasingly, I am involved in developing models for the delivery of government-funded bodies asset and service efficiencies through arrangements with other government and independent organisations.
I advise clients on site assembly, the use of options and site promotion. Much of my work involves collaboration between land owners, developers and public sector authorities involving profit share or joint venture arrangements. I also specialise in multi-site developments that need a strategic framework approach.
