• Richard has been a property lawyer for 16 years dealing with all aspects of property work. ¬†Over the past 10 years, he has worked for clients in the Housing Sector acting mostly for housing associations on a range of property matters.¬† This experience includes work related to the acquisition of land for development (whether standard acquisition, options or conditional contracts) and also through the section 106 process using a variety of structures including traditional "turn-key", stage payments and golden brick schemes.

    In addition, he deals with property-related aspects of a variety of finance and security work including traditional lending, bonds and private placements, assisting, in particular, with technical property issues and co-ordination of the work to ensure critical deadlines are met along with a wealth of experience of commercial lease and Landlord and Tenant issues.
