• I am a social housing lawyer working almost exclusively with housing associations and specialising in handling large scale security charging projects. I have experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property related matters, including disposals and acquisitions, shared ownership, plot sales and security work for private individuals, limited companies and housing associations.

I regularly act for Housing Associations in connection with the purchase of development land, including those purchased pursuant to Section106 Agreements, golden brick agreements and development agreements from local authorities and private developer companies.

I deal with lease extensions, auction sales and purchases, deeds of variation, shared ownership matters and infrastructure agreements. I am also regularly involved in property matters acting on behalf of NHS Property Services.  Additionally, I specialise in Equine Law, providing advice on all aspects of equine legal services for horse owners and their businesses, and regularly write articles for a leading national equestrian magazine.
