Health and social care providers are grappling with harassment of their employees.
In this session with Rob Thomas (Security Manager, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust) and Amardeep Dhillon (Serjeants’ Inn Chambers) considered:
- practical considerations and steps that an organisation might take to support its staff in these circumstances;
- legal options that may be considered by providers, including when seeking an injunction might be appropriate;
