Property experts from Bevan Brittan’s Leeds office have advised insolvency practitioners Begbies Traynor and property consultants Eddisons on the lease of their new home in the city.
Begbies Traynor and Eddisons have moved from Toronto Square into the second floor at 10 Wellington Place. The 7,567 sq. ft office will accommodate the existing staff from the two businesses and allow space for expansion as they continue to grow. It will also provide a work environment more suited to modern hybrid working.
Simon Jackson, a Leeds-based real estate partner with Bevan Brittan, advised on the assignment of the lease of the premises at Wellington Place which will run until 2029.
Simon commented: “It is always encouraging to see businesses thriving and needing to secure more space. I wish Begbies Traynor and Eddisons all the best on this exciting new chapter at Wellington Place.”
Begbies Traynor offers a suite of services including corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring, corporate finance, transaction services, forensic services, pensions advisory, capital management, real estate advisory and commercial funding.
The Eddisons Leeds office is operated by a multidisciplinary team of commercial property experts, auctioneers, valuers and RICS building surveyors.
