Bevan Brittan is set to provide a range of advice and support to YPO, after securing a place on its legal services framework.

The leading commercial law firm has been appointed to assist YPO across five lots, with the areas demonstrating the breadth of its skills and expertise. They are:

  • Childcare Law;
  • Adult Social Services and Community Care Law;
  • General Contracts, Commercial and IT;
  • Employment Law and Pensions;
  • And Public Health.

Based in Wakefield, YPO supplies products and services to customers including schools, local authorities and charities across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Ash Woodcock, the Partner and head of Central and Local Government at Bevan Brittan who led on the successful tender, said: “We are delighted to have secured this appointment to YPO’s legal services framework. The organisation plays a critical role in supporting a number of different entities across the UK and we are excited to be able to assist with this essential work.

“Our appointment across five lots is a real testament to the fantastic legal talent we have across a range of disciplines and all of the teams involved are looking forward to getting started.”

Bevan Brittan’s appointment to YPO’s legal services framework has come shortly after the law firm achieved strong Chambers and Legal 500 2025 rankings. In July, the firm also reported its eleventh consecutive year of growth.
