Part 1: The positives and challenges of PFI and opportunities for the future
I am a solicitor specialising in contentious construction and commercial litigation. I advise private and public sector clients on a wide range of matters including commercial/contractual and projects disputes.
I aim to anticipate and avert potential disputes before they arise, as much as I strive to find practical and commercial solutions to ongoing disputes. Understanding my clients’ business is my priority, in order to provide cost-effective advice tailored to my clients’ specific needs.
The individuals such as Adrian Webb and Judith Hopper are clearly on top of their subject and well respected within the PFI sector. They are easy to work with and always provide constructive advice when appropriate.
The three main team members that I deal with are Judith Hopper, Emma Beynon and Adrian Webb, all of who are easy to deal with, responsive and importantly ready to challenge and probe any opinion that I offer.
