I am a specialist property dispute resolution lawyer and I advise a range of landowners, landlords and tenants on property-related disputes and contentious matters. At any one time I might be advising on issues ranging from business lease renewals, easements and restrictive covenants, adverse possession, squatters and break notices.
I am experienced in County Court and High Court litigation. My work also regularly involves providing initial risk management advice, in an effort to help clients resolve potential disputes at an early stage, as well as steering clients towards alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. I work with my clients to seek to achieve commercial and cost-effective resolutions to their property issues.
