• I am a property litigator with 7 years’ experience in the High Court, County Court as well as the First-Tier Property Tribunal.

Andy works exclusively on land and property-based disputes, and has acted for a broad range of well-known, prestigious clients, from pension funds to large multinational listed companies, including BT and Tesco, and also has experience of working with local authorities and social housing providers, such as the Peabody Trust.

I advise on many aspects of property-related disputes, including lease renewals, commercial tenancy disputes, break options, breaches of covenant, rights of way and other easements, trespass and possession.

I also advise on many aspects of property-related disputes, including lease renewals, commercial tenancy disputes, break options, breaches of covenant, rights of way and other easements, trespass and possession. Recent particular highlights include advising on development projects, large transactions, and asset management relating to a diverse range of property portfolios, from hospitals (NHS Property Services) to car parks, industrial units, offices and houses/apartments.

I always seek to avoid litigation where possible, whether through alternative dispute resolution or narrowing the issues in the early stages of a dispute.
