• I am a banking and finance lawyer with over 25 years’ experience, specialising in housing finance, public sector funding and real estate finance. I advise clients on all aspects of loan finance, including loans for development, recoverable grants, intercreditor arrangements and security. Over the years I have acted for numerous housing associations and funders, as well as central and local government agencies in their capacity as funders of housing and regeneration projects.
