I am a health and care regulatory solicitor advising on a broad range of health and care advisory issues, with a particular interest in GMC, NMC and GDC proceedings, inquests and the Court of Protection. I represent health and care providers at inquests and advise on all aspects of preparation for inquests and represent the client as the advocate in the inquest hearing.
I undertake general advisory work and deal with a variety of matters, including: medical records disclosure, best interests, medical treatment cases and public inquiries.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan, I worked as an in-house lawyer at a medical defence organisation, where in addition to undertaking inquest and advisory work, I regularly represented clients before their regulators in Fitness to Practise hearings.
