I specialise in defendant clinical negligence advising clients in relation to a variety of complex clinical negligence claims including spinal, neurological, obstetric, orthopedic and surgical claim sand assisting with high value cerebral palsy claims.
I work closely with NHS Resolution and a number of NHS Trusts in the South West ensuring claims are dealt with fairly and as cost effectively as possible, providing support to clinicians throughout the process of a claim. I have also undertaken secondments to NHS Resolution.
I joined Bevan Brittan in July 2013 as a qualified solicitor having previously trained at Welsh Health Legal Services defending the NHS in Wales against clinical negligence claims.
