I am a property dispute resolution lawyer with experience of advising on issues relating to property for both private and public sector clients including local authorities, charities, education providers, housing associations, NHS Trusts, national retailers and healthcare providers.
I advise on property matters relating to business lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, break notices, disputes relating to easements and boundaries, issues relating to the Building Safety Act 2022, rent and service charge disputes, trespass and possession claims.
I also have experience of alternative dispute resolution, including expert determination and mediation in relation to high value disputes and a significant component of my role has been to assist clients to find commercial solutions and avoid protracted litigation wherever possible.
