I am a partner in the Commercial and Infrastructure department. My role at Bevan Brittan is to lead, support and advise client facing activities for the firm's private and independent health markets.
I have a wealth of experience in health and social care PFI and PPP, and have closed a large number of schemes for the NHS as well as contractors, investors, operators, facility and estates providers and funders.
The main focus of my work includes:
• Schemes which bring health and social care together
• Homes and services to aid mental health and/or young people
• New models of care/vanguards and the value the Independent sector can bring
• The supply of technology and equipment to the NHS
My experience and expertise allows me to add real value to my clients’ day to day business. This is due to having a deep knowledge and understanding of the public sector and knowing how the commercial big picture of a project interacts with other policy objectives. I assist clients with conducting risk based evaluations of opportunities and the overall scope of the scheme and advise on business strategy and tactics, including how to set about procurement of suppliers and resources.
I have written articles for Housing Today and contributed to and edited Sweet & Maxwell’s Encyclopaedia on PPI and PPP.
