I am a commercial property lawyer with over 20 years' experience of commercial property transactions. As well as acting in all aspects of property work, I have particular experience in acting for GP practices in respect of new health centre developments, both where the GPs are looking to develop themselves, and also where they are taking a lease within a third party development. I have advised on over 50 developments in total.
I have also acted for institutional lenders in relation to the funding of GP-led health centre developments.
