I am a commercial property lawyer with a broad range of experience and a focus on development projects. I have advised a wide range of clients on their acquisitions and disposals, development and regeneration projects, landlord and tenant matters, and funding and refinancing.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan, I worked for national house builders, developers and landowners on residential, commercial and mixed-use development sites advising on all aspects of land acquisition, freehold and leasehold disposals, estate management and ongoing strategic property matters.
