I am a Senior Associate specialising in dispute avoidance and resolution in the construction industry. I act for a diverse range of clients including employers, contractors, local and central government and the NHS.
My expertise encompasses all aspects of construction disputes, including claims related to delay, acceleration, extensions of time, loss and expense, professional negligence, repudiatory breach of contract, termination, and final account disputes. I provide strategic advice and tailored solutions to help clients navigate complex issues and achieve successful outcomes.
I have particular experience as a party representative in complex adjudications and am a member of the Adjudication Society. I am undertaking an experienced practitioner training programme with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in order to sit as an Adjudicator to further develop this area of expertise.
