I am a dual-qualified lawyer, specialising in housing disrepair claims. I advise my clients on pre- and post-issued matters including but not limited to responding to a letter of claim, defending a pre-action disclosure application, answering a Part 36 offer, drafting a Defence and Witness Statement and so on. Before joining Bevan Brittan, I worked for a local authority and a housing association, so I fully understand the challenges and difficulties faced by social landlords. I had three years of litigation experience as a barrister in Hong Kong before beginning my legal practice journey in England and Wales. I can speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
