I specialise in clinical negligence and assist the NHS in defending clinical negligence claims. I advise clients on complex medical cases, often involving claimants with serious injuries and detailed medical histories.
I also represent NHS Trusts in inquest matters and work jointly with the Health & Care Regulatory team.
I have in-house experience working for two major NHS Foundation Trusts in the legal department, which has given me great insight into managing claims for the NHS.
