I am a housing and regeneration property specialist. I have over ten years’ experience in advising registered providers, charities and local authorities in all aspects of commercial property including property disposals/acquisitions, landlord and tenant and development. I also have detailed knowledge of the statutory and voluntary right to buy schemes.
I have extensive experience in acting on large scale tenanted property disposals and acquisitions between registered providers.
I also work with clients on large scale development and mixed use regeneration schemes.

- Project managed the £80m sale of a portfolio of 1800 tenanted properties in three geographic locations for a national registered provider.
- Worked alongside five Housing Associations, the National Housing Federation and the Department for Communities and Local Government (as was) to design and deliver the first voluntary right to buy pilot.
- Drafted the National Housing Federation precedent voluntary right to buy sale documents.
