I am a corporate and commercial lawyer advising a wide range of private and public sector organisations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, commercial contracts and banking and finance law.
I act for clients who operate in a variety of industries such as health and social care, manufacturing, construction, engineering and IT. In particular, I act for clients embarking on “buy and build” strategies.
The health and social care sector is one of the key sectors I operate in. I regularly advise dental corporates and dentists and care home groups/operators on M&A transactions.
I am also experienced in advising shareholders on shareholder exits, in particular, exits involving sales to large corporate groups.
I advise on all aspects of corporate commercial transactions, including: due diligence, regulatory compliance (e.g. CQC), sale and purchase agreements, warranties and disclosure, board and shareholder resolutions and secured lending.
