I am a commercial property lawyer acting for independent clients, housing associations, healthcare clients and commercial entities. I act for our clients on a variety of matters in relation to their property portfolios including dealing with acquisitions, disposals of freehold and leasehold interest, as well as surrenders of leases and licences for assignment and alteration.
Before becoming a Solicitor at Bevan Brittan I worked for a firm in their insurance litigation team for several years and have extensive experience of the litigation process which I have brought to my work for Bevan Brittan's clients.
