I specialise in commercial property within the healthcare sector. I have acted for clients in a range of transactions including high-value commercial disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant transactions and property portfolio management.
I have experience in dealing with a wide range of property transactions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, assignments, grants of new leases and surrenders of existing leases, deeds of variation and rectification, release of covenants and easements, grants of licences and tenancies, and also transfers of unregistered land. I currently act on behalf of NHS Property Services, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care and other healthcare organisations, providing practical legal advice and reports in relation to a broad range of these transactions. I have previously acted for high net-worth individuals and limited companies on residential property portfolios and buy-to-let investment properties.
