I am a Healthcare lawyer and specialise in clinical negligence and medical malpractice claims. I have extensive experience and have acted for both Defendants and Claimants in this field, although the majority of my work has been for NHS Trusts, healthcare organisations and their insurers, and these organisations make up my current client base. I have over 10 years’ experience advising these clients in respect of a wide variety of healthcare matters, including clinical negligence claims, inquests, providing ad-hoc legal advice and training. The majority of my work is now claim based and includes high value claims in respect of brain, spinal and neurological injuries.
I advise clients at all stages of the process from initial pre-action investigations through to fully litigated matters that proceed to trial, providing support and advice throughout the process. I have achieved numerous successful outcomes at trial.
