I am a commercial projects lawyer, working within the Commercial Health team at the firm.
I advise on the core aspects of Public Finance Initiatives (PFI), including PFI variations and settlement agreements. My client base includes private sector companies, bidding consortia, joint ventures, special purpose vehicles, project sponsors, funders, local authorities, and NHS Trusts.
During my training, I was seconded to a global renewable energy company to work on their offshore wind projects. During this time, I advised on a range of technology and consultancy services agreements and a complex geotechnical services agreement for site investigations.
