I am a dispute resolution lawyer with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. I provide dispute resolution advice to a range of clients including local authorities, NHS trusts and ombudsmen, as well as independent organisations. This includes acting for both claimants and defendants in general commercial litigation and in judicial review proceedings.
I have particular experience of advising clients on collective actions, including a complex multi-party claim brought by personal search companies against all local authorities in England and Wales and assisting creditors to recover funds deposited in the failed Icelandic banks.
I qualified as a solicitor at Bevan Brittan in March 2017 after having trained with the firm. Prior to this I worked for a number of years as a litigation paralegal in the disputes team at Bevan Brittan and at another leading national firm, which involved advising on collective equal pay claims against local authorities.
