I lead Bevan Brittan’s pensions team as part of the Employment, Pensions & Immigration team. I advise on the full range of pension law and transactions and support public bodies, employers, overseas investors, trustee clients and pension scheme providers and insurers. I have been supporting clients on pensions matters for over twenty years, covering transactional work, corporate support, public sector transfers, trustee advisory work, automatic enrolment compliance, benefit redesign, benefit rectification, member queries, dispute resolution and ombudsman claims.
In addition, I have a specialist interest in regulatory aspects of pension matters. I have substantial experience of dealing with the Pensions Ombudsman, the Pensions Regulator and the FCA on pensions matters. I also advise employer organisations across a number of industry sectors including retail and hospitality, financial services and manufacturing, as well as our core Markets.
I am a regular speaker at industry events and contributor to pensions publications.
