I am a Legal Director with over 30 years of previous local government experience including regeneration and development, commercial property, governance, contract law and local government law. I joined Bevan Brittan in June 2022 from my previous role at London Borough where I was Head of Legal Services – Housing, Regeneration & Environment and Deputy Monitoring Officer. I now act in all aspects of commercial property legal work for a wide range of clients including local authorities and health authorities, with a particular focus on regeneration, complex property work, high-value acquisitions and disposals and commercial leases.
