I am a commercial and procurement solicitor specialising in ICT contracts and outsourcing. I have significant experience of advising public sector bodies including local authorities, central government and the emergency services.
I have extensive experience of advising on commercial contract, public procurement, and public law issues in relation to major infrastructure projects and have advised on a number of national, high profile and very sensitive projects. I have worked in-house as an employee and as a secondee and consequently have significant experience and understanding of the internal governance requirements for major projects.
