• I am a financial services litigation lawyer. I specialise in a range of financial disputes and have experience with investigations for the FCA.

    I advise clients on a range of areas including, insurance policy coverage, contract disputes, negligence claims and subrogated recoveries.

    My client’s include insurers, banking institutions and various other financial institutions.

    I have previously been involved in a large scale s.166 FCA investigation with Barclays. I have completed a secondment at L&G Insurance to assist with the overwhelming recovery claims. I have particular interest in insurance claims, resolving coverage disputes, liability claims and pursuing recovery claims where necessary and proportionate to do so.
