I am an experienced commercial contracts lawyer with extensive experience of advising NHS organisations and Local Authorities on complex contracting arrangements, including infrastructure projects such as PFI and PPPs, joint ventures and outsourcing arrangements.
I advise on all stages of projects from inception and scoping, negotiation, close and post close, and routinely lead significant PFI/PPP projects. I have significant experience in advising on post close operational matters and have implemented many contract variations (including both high value complex and simple variations), benchmarking and market testing exercises, contract management queries and settlements.
