I am an Associate in the Construction team. I offer a complete contract support service across the range of industry contract suites including JCT and bespoke contracts. My focus is on transactional work which include various projects involving mixed-use developments with value of the works from £5 million to over £50 million. I have acted for major national developers and housebuilders, funders, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
My particular specialism includes:
- High-end commercial property development which involves reviewing complex financing arrangements with third party investors
- Advising employers following contractors' insolvency
- Negotiating and advising employers and contractors on construction procurement documentation, including a standard industry contract and bespoke form of construction contracts for a variety of single and mixed-use construction projects such as retail parks, hotel schemes, student accommodation, retail and leisure facilities, residential schemes and industrial premises.
