I am a Partner and my background is in health-related property work with the experience of more than 17 years working on health-related matters. I was asked by the Department of Health to write ‘Estatecode’, the seminal guide for national estate managers.
One of my most significant instructions to date was for the Department of Health on NHS LIFT, one of the largest ever national NHS procurements with over £1 billion invested in community and social healthcare infrastructure. We also acted for NHS Property Services Limited (now one of the largest landowners in the country) on the transfer of the bulk of its estate from the former PCTs, an instruction that involved us reporting on over 3,000 properties within a very tight timescale.
I've also got a huge amount of experience working on regeneration schemes for local authorities (together with developers and housebuilders) particularly in London having worked on schemes worth many hundreds of millions of pounds across Hackney, Enfield, Greenwich and Harrow.
