I am a planning lawyer with experience acting for public and private sector clients, including private landowners, developers, local authorities, registered providers/housing associations and lenders.
Whilst working at Milton Keynes Council in the Planning and Highways Team, I was recognised for my commitment to my role and awarded Junior Lawyer of the Year 2018 by Lawyers in Local Government.
My expertise in planning law extends to various areas. I provide specialist planning advice as part of the transactional team’s work in selling and purchasing, negotiate planning and infrastructure agreements, and advise on planning enforcement, biodiversity net gain, and appeals.
