I specialise in clinical negligence and defend NHS Resolution in a range of claims, mainly on behalf of NHS Trusts in the south west of England and primary care clinicians. I have experience in a wide variety of cases, including obstetrics, oncology, spinal surgery and orthopaedics. I have also undertaken secondments at NHS Resolution.
Following my training, I worked in the Defendant personal injury team at my previous firm, where I worked primarily as an assistant to a partner defending catastrophic personal injury claims. I joined the clinical negligence team at Bevan Brittan in 2015.
