I am a commercial property lawyer and a member of the firm’s Local Authority team in London, specialising in public sector development and mixed use regeneration schemes.
I have advised local authorities, central government agencies and health boards on a number of land promotion/collaboration, hybrid option and joint venture arrangements, including PFI and PPP schemes, site assembly strategy and associated land management/landlord and tenant issues.
I also have extensive experience advising private sector national house builders and registered providers on the acquisition and disposal of residential development sites, private and social housing delivery and consortium and garden city projects and infrastructure agreements.
I have acted for several local authority pension funds in the acquisition of significant investment property assets and for local authorities acquiring property portfolios to support local housing policy in the provision of temporary accommodation.
