I am the Director of Knowledge & Information and a member of the Bevan Brittan Board. My role is to drive growth, efficiency and innovation by making the very best use of our knowledge across the whole firm for the benefit of our clients and our provision of excellent legal services. I work closely with our Director of Transformation & Operations to improve legal service delivery.
I have over 20 years’ experience working in law firms originally qualifying as a Solicitor. I have worked in various knowledge-based senior roles including as a Head of Business Solutions. My roles typically combine knowledge, technology & innovation and line management of multi-disciplinary teams including knowledge, innovation and technology specialists, change managers, apprentices and paralegals. I currently lead our information services team providing both legal and business information to the business and clients.
I hold a post-graduate qualification in know-how management and an MBA in law firm management.
