I am an experienced healthcare litigator, advising public and private medmal insurers, individual doctors, NHS bodies, private hospitals, clinics or other health organisations (including cosmetic, aesthetic and alternative procedures). I advise clients at every stage of the litigation process (including pre-action through to the Court of Appeal) and my experience covers a broad range of cases both in terms of value and complexity.
I have a particular focus on cyber security and emerging clinical risk and patient safety issues arising in the fields of digital health, AI and med tech.
I am also the Digital Health Co-Lead in Health & Care - Resolution & Regulatory.
