I am a Real Estate lawyer who specialises in social housing with over 20 years’ experience in portfolio transactions and housing development. I advise clients on the sale, acquisition and swaps of portfolios of properties and development projects including social housing, care homes, key worker accommodation and student accommodation.
Over this time I have built a strong and deep network of clients and contacts some of whom I have worked with for the majority of my career.
My clients include national and specialist housing associations, NHS Trusts and charities.
I have a substantial and wide ranging experience in the Portfolio Transactions market in relation to both general needs and supported housing. I have worked on large sale portfolio disposals, acquisitions and swaps including sales of portfolios in multiple lots and acquisitions of portfolios of over 1,000 units
My extensive experience in Portfolio Transactions has enabled me to create, grow and maintain excellent relationships with other professionals who work in this sector.
I have been passionate about social housing for many years and have a First Class degree in Housing Management and Development and have been fortunate enough to incorporate this passion with the law for many years. I am also accredited as a Housing Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Housing.
