I am an employment lawyer. I advise clients on a range of employment issues and support with defending employment tribunal claims. I have experience working with both public and private sector clients.
I manage all stages of employment tribunal claims including claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistle blowing and breach of contract.
I provide clients with advice on a wide range of issues such as disciplinary, grievance, performance management and capability processes. Additionally, I have experience in advising on TUPE transfers of both a change in service provision and business transfers. Further I assist clients in negotiating settlement deals and with the navigation of employee exits.
