I have experience in drafting policies and procedures and contracts of employment, as well as advising on issues in relation to terminations; disciplinary and grievance matters; holiday pay and redundancy.
I have employment tribunal litigation experience including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract claims, as well as negotiating and resolving claims through commercial settlement.
My practice also extends to advising employers on business immigration and visa issues.
