I am a solicitor in the Health & Care Regulatory law team. I advise a range of health and social care providers on contentious and non-contentious matters including Court of Protection proceedings and inquests.
I have previous experience acting for NHS Resolution defending clinical negligence claims, during which time I was seconded to the legal department of a large NHS Trust. I have a special interest in human rights claims, including claims relating to unauthorised deprivation of liberty.
Prior to qualification I worked for a local authority as an adult social care commissioner. This experience gave me a valuable insight into the delivery of front line services.
