I am an experienced senior associate solicitor in the commercial property team and assist clients across a range of sectors, primarily in Energy, Resource Management, and Healthcare Estates.
I have experience in providing commercial, effective advice and negotiation on a broad range of legal matters, including negotiating land deals solar farm projects, advising on EV charge point projects, leading on high-value transactional and estates rationalisation projects, advising on integration and protection of land interests in wider energy infrastructure schemes, overseeing large-scale title due diligence projects and undertaking landlord and tenant work.

- leading land acquisition option and leasing arrangements for a 400Mw solar farm project;
- advising national landowner on roll-out of Electric Vehicle Charge points across its estate;
- as part of wider energy deals, advising local authorities and energy companies in relation to securing rights for energy from waste facilities and district heat network infrastructure and ensuring protection of network equipment;
- acting for local authorities and education institutions on all property aspects of a national programme for new and upgraded school sites, including title due diligence and rectification, landlord and tenant, and site acquisition;
- acting in a multi-million pound complex disposal of surplus parcels of land for redevelopment, including advising on formation of terms of the deal.
