I am Responsible Business leader with over 15 years’ experience driving sustainable growth and ethical business practices. A Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, I have worked across a range of sectors, facilitating the inclusion of responsible decision-making in companies’ core strategies.
My specialisms include reporting and data management and I have extensive experience in integrated reporting as well as a range of ESG reporting frameworks. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion and specialise in promoting social mobility through best-in-class outreach programmes and throughout the employee lifecycle. I also aim to support social mobility through external advocacy and have collaborated with many clients and organisations to raise the profile of this vital issue amongst businesses.

- Acting as Chair of the ProManchester Social Mobility Committee where I worked alongside law firms, businesses and charities across Manchester to facilitate events and raise awareness of employers’ role in social mobility
- Leading a large, international business through the journey of implementing an Environmental Management System, carbon reporting and carbon reduction plan
- Acting as a director for the UN Global Compact UK network
