I am a property lawyer and undertake a wide variety of real estate work including acquisitions, disposals, financing, and landlord and tenant matters.
My clientele base, both past and present, is diverse and made up of corporates, high net worth/ultra-high net worth individuals, private equity funds and landed estates. I have also acted for private and mainstream lenders and regularly advise public sector bodies.
I am able to deal with Shari’ah (Islamic) finance work and have dealt with several of the most prominent Shari’ah lenders in the UK.
